Thank you for your order, after placing a website order on www.shearmagicboutique.com  a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our current order processing time is 12-14 business days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days nor are Holidays. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email, in this email will be your tracking number. Delivery time all depends on the location of where the package is being delivered too.That being said sometimes due to holidays, or high volume times the mail courier’s can be delayed. Shear magic boutique . is not responsible for stolen packages.

We understand that free shipping is a common expectation these days. The truth is there is no such thing for a small business. We pack your orders with love and a bit of magic, then safely hand them off to our hardworking postal carriers, who bring them to you — no contact required. It’s the safest way to operate right now and we hope you’ll consider the cost a small price to pay for the convenience and safety.

For orders of $150 or more, shipping is complimentary.

We know you’re excited to get your package, and once it’s out of our hands we only have access to the same shipping information as you do. Please refer to your shipping notification email which gives you the most up to date tracking from your selected shipping carrier. 

We hate it when that happens. Karma is for sure coming to them. Unfortunately, since we fulfilled our end of the deal by packing and shipping your items, we don’t replace stolen merchandise. However, you can make a claim with whichever company was used to ship your package

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your parcel both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping courier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you replacement item(s).

If by chance, you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct items.
